This incredible organic mustard is perfect with cold poached salmon. We have also put a dollop of this mustard on halibut at the last minute of cooking. We also love this one in our tuna sandwiches. Enjoy!
Elegant, but simple dinner. Combine any mustard, this Dill Caper is our favorite for this, with cream cheese. Spread on top of salmon and bake. So moist. We tend not to use the hotter mustards for this one.
