This is my recipe fashioned after the ORIGINAL Key Lime Pie.
The early Key Lime Pies often could not be refrigerated, so there is NO sweetened condensed milk in my recipe.
The crust is made from Giner Snaps (or Grahman Cracker, for the traditionalist).
I will also include the best buys for the ingredients and a lot of tips to make it the best Key Lime Pie you have every tasted.
This pie has been tweeked over the years and just kept getting better until now.
